The name and logo for ZWILLING (German for Twins) were inspired by the astrological sign at the time of the June founding. June is under the sign of Gemini or the “Twins” constellation
ZWILLING is still manufactured in the factory in Solingen, Germany

Knife was delivered swiftly, best bread knife I've ever used. Sharp with a good weight balance. Length is not too long or short for any size of bread. Slices like butter, very minimal crumbing thus making for easy clean up after. Wooden handle also looks artisan, blade is made well with branding and Made in Japan insignia beautifully stamped.
