Great detail and build, worthy of its price ! Ordering and delivery was efficient .Very pleased with product and service!

Knife was delivered swiftly, best bread knife I've ever used. Sharp with a good weight balance. Length is not too long or short for any size of bread. Slices like butter, very minimal crumbing thus making for easy clean up after. Wooden handle also looks artisan, blade is made well with branding and Made in Japan insignia beautifully stamped.

House of Knives are absolutely fantastic to deal with...went above and beyond received my new knife set in 2 days of placing my order. After receiving my knife set there was a small issue with the knives (manufacturing defect) and Ken said to bring them in and they would swap them for a set I was happy with. Absolutely brilliant. This knife is absolutely amazing. It looks gorgeous, comes razor sharp from the factory, is beautifully balanced and has handled everything I've thrown at it perfectly. I could not recommend it more and I will certainly be looking at other Shun Kai Premier knives
