Knife was delivered swiftly, best bread knife I've ever used. Sharp with a good weight balance. Length is not too long or short for any size of bread. Slices like butter, very minimal crumbing thus making for easy clean up after. Wooden handle also looks artisan, blade is made well with branding and Made in Japan insignia beautifully stamped.

This knife is absolutely amazing. It looks gorgeous, comes razor sharp from the factory, is beautifully balanced and has handled everything I've thrown at it perfectly. I could not recommend it more and I will certainly be looking at other Shun Kai Premier knives
