Chef Knife 21cm
A multi-purpose knife designed to perform well at a number of tasks as opposed to specialising in any one purpose. Used for mincing, slicing meat, chopping vegetables and disjointing large cuts. A must-have in any kitchen.
Paring Knife 9cm & 15cm
A small knife with a plain edge blade, perfect for peeling fruits and vegetables or for small delicate work i.e. slicing a single garlic clove, de-veining a shrimp, cutting shapes into dough and so forth. They are very versatile knives and one of the most used knives in a chef’s kitchen.
Entry-level DP3 knives feature a high carbon cobalt alloy core cutting-edge sandwiched between two layers of 13-chrome stainless steel.
Handles are made of extremely durable ECO wood (resin-impregnated woods) and have forged bolsters.
The DP3 series offers a very affordable entry into high-quality Japanese cutting power.

"The knives I use for their precision, quality and design."
Do not wash in the dishwasher, as this may cause corrosion of the blades
To clean, run under hot water with a small amount of detergent and dry thoroughly
Store in a dry, moisture-free place to avoid rusting or discolouration
If the knives are not used for an extended period of time, wrap them in a dry cloth or newspaper and store them in a dry place; the hygroscopic paper will keep the blades dry and the oil from the printing ink prevent corrosion
Select the correct knife for the task to ensure you will get the best cutting results and you are also easy on the blades
To keep the handles on your Tojiro knives in pristine condition, we recommend using camellia oil. It is also good protection for the blade but must be removed from the blade before cooking. Do not use wax, use at your own risk.

My wife bought these and felt the price was good. These are very high quality sharp knifes! Be very careful not to cut yourself! These were purchased because my daughter has a larger set of the same knifes and loves them.
