Zwilling Professional 'S' knives are the classic knives for the professional kitchen, standing out by their high-quality, traditional design

The SIGMAFORGE structure of the knives means they are precision forged from a single piece of no-stain special formula steel, delivering optimum strength and balance, the blade runs entirely through the handle

All Professional 'S' blades have undergone a specialised FRIODUR ice-hardening process, ensuring robust durability and flexibility, with a long-lasting sharp blade which will not stain or chip

Blades are approximately 55-57 HRC Rockwell for extreme hardness and corrosion-resistance

V-edge honing with laser-controlled precision ensures the blade is sharpened to a 30° angle, guaranteeing outstanding performance in the most demanding conditions as a result of the initial sharpness of the blade

The handle and bolster are ergonomically aligned for precision handling when cutting, featuring a slim, traditional 3-rivet handle design with a full tang and bolster with slip resistance for safer control

Care Instructions:

  • Dishwasher Safe, however hand washing is recommended as high heat may discolour or damage the handle
  • Wipe clean with a wet cloth or soft sponge and a small amount of dishwashing liquid and dry immediately
  • Wooden, bamboo or polyethylene cutting boards recommended; avoid surfaces which may damage or dull the blade
