Your item will despatch in the timeframe that was indicated on the product page (either 1-2 weeks, or 6-8 weeks).
- All items in-stock over $99 combined will despatch first within 1-2 business days.
- If 'split delivery' was paid, then in-stock items under $99 combined will despatch first within 1-2 business days.
- If Express Delivery was requested, this will only apply to the first delivery unless otherwise specified.
All items in your order will despatch together once everything is available.
Bulk pre-orders of $2000 AUD+
- If you decide to cancel any preordrer items when placing a bulk order (with bulk discount applied), a 20% surchage will apply to the total value of any cancelled/returned pre-order items. This does not apply to standard orders

After you have placed a bulk order, photo ID with address will be required for verification purposes before we can despatch your items.
If the order value drops below $2000 at any stage due to cancellations, the bulk discount will no longer apply.
A 20% surchage will apply to the total value of any cancelled/returned bulk order items (pre-order items only).
What to Expect:
Within a few mintues you will receive an order confirmation email. And within 1-2 business days you will be notified that your order has been despatched.

If you opt for SMS tracking updates (free) or Facebook Messenger updates, you will also receive an update of your order at every step of the way via SMS and/or Messenger.
We treat every order from all our customers with extreme care. Your item will be carefully packed with bubblewrap/cushioning to ensure everything arrives in mint condition.
90 Day Money Back:
All purchases on our store come with a guaranteed 90-day full refund money-back from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is to be sent to email@example.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
House of Knives will replace any good/s that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, provided a claim is made within 48 hours from the parcel being delivered and signed for. To confirm the damage we require photographic evidence. Once received, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge.
In most cases, we will not require the damaged item returned to us, however, we do request that you keep the damaged item until we can confirm that we do not require it to be returned. If we do require the damaged item to be returned, we will cover the cost of its return. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us.

Please note that if you do not advise us of anything that may be wrong with your order (including missing or damaged products) within 48 hours from its delivery, we are unable to assist you further under any circumstance.
Editing your order before despatch:
If you would like to simply change the item/s in your order before it has been despatched, you can do this by selecting 'Edit' in your order confirmation email.
Change of mind
If you would simply like to exchange your item/s due to a change of mind, you will be required to cover postage fees to return your items, and then an additional $8.95 to send out your new replaced items (Aus only).
Order never arrived / lost in transit:
If your order is delayed and it is well past your expected delivery date, you will be required to launch an investigation with Australia Post to locate your item. We cannot do this on your behalf as Australia Post require the customer to raise the investigation directly.
If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the expected due date, we are happy to provide a refund in full. This will allow additional time in case your order does arrive.
If your order does arrive after a refund is processed...
- To keep your item you will need to pay for the item again. Our staff will send you an invoice to quickly get it processed. Or,
- You can send it back to our warehouse and House of Knives will cover the return delivery fee.
