Tojiro Kiri Cutting Boards
Tojiro’s cutting boards are manufactured in Niigata, Japan using specially-selected, traditional, Kiri (Paulownia) wood.
They’re lightweight, fine-grained, warp-resistant and quick-drying, and won’t dull or damage the fine edges of Japanese knife blades.
Paulownia wood is also known for its antibacterial properties.
