        Inspired by his early days in NYC, Ali Loukzada wanted to recreate a classic butcher knife roll to withstand the lifestyle of a modern city chef.

        After crafting the very first 17-pocket leather knife bag in 2010, Chef Ali took his knife roll back into the kitchen of Buddakan in NYC to put the bag to the test. After sending the first bag through the rigorous trials in the kitchen and other chefs began to take notice, the Boldric knife bag was born.

        Loukzada set out to design knife rolls by a chef for chefs and continues to design, test, and perfect every Boldric creation.

        Within a few mintues you will receive an order confirmation email. And within 1-2 business days you will be notified that your order has been despatched.

        We treat every order from all our customers with extreme care. Your item will be carefully packed with bubblewrap/cushioning to ensure everything arrives in mint condition.

        All purchases on our store come with a guaranteed 90-day full refund money-back from the date of purchase.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

        To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is to be sent to Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


        We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

        We will then issue a Return Label (PDF) shortly after which will cover the shipping & packaging to return the defective item to our warehouse. 

        Simply present the Return Label at Australia Post along with the returned item. Please inform us as soon as you have sent the item; as soon as the tracking number for the returned/exchanged item activates we'll send out your replacement. 

        Order never arrived / lost in transit:

        If your order is delayed and it is well past your expected delivery date, you will be required to launch an investigation with Australia Post to locate your item. We cannot do this on your behalf as Australia Post require the customer to raise the investigation directly.

        If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the expected due date, we are happy to provide a refund in full. This will allow additional time in case your order does arrive.

        If your order does arrive after a refund is processed...

        • To keep your item you will need to pay for the item again. Our staff will send you an invoice to quickly get it processed. Or,
        • You can send it back to our warehouse and House of Knives will cover the return delivery fee.
